India must be very strict with poachers both native and foreign, and act in various ways to criminalize the suppliers and the buying countries. It is highly recommended to identify all individuals involved in poaching, either buyers or sellers by name and location and publicize this to the global community worldwide through the internet and other electronic databases in order to address and eradicate animal abuses, illegal hunting and skin and organ harvesting which is inhumane and extremely cruel.
